Bergland Solden Design- und Wellnesshotel

Fabulous in every way BUT it's the people that make this hotel so special! Forget that the rooms are spacious, light and beautifully presented. (And have Chrome casts in the television so you don't need to bring one) Forget that the restaurant is superbly designed, that the wide variety of the salad buffet could fill you up in one course, and that the quality of the food is consistently excellent! Forget that the spa is just excellent all round, with lovely, quiet areas, away from children if you prefer. ( Though to be honest, there weren't many when we stayed). Forget also that the outdoor pool is large enough to work up your appetite for the superb evening meals! Forget that, if you're a Bond fan, a cheeky pop up to the fourth floor will present you with an homage to Daniel Craig, and the "James Bond" suite.. (we stayed on the fourth floor but not in there 😀) Remember though that there is a team of amazing people that are working together to make your stay memorable and special. The quality of service we experienced far outweighed any expectations and we were treated as friends and royalty all in one by everyone there!

Very nice wellness hotel with spa, amazing swimming pools, and saunas. They have a textile sauna for kids, and there is also a section only for adults. Great restaurant with wonderful food, amazing breakfast, and excellent service. In the winter it is a ski resort with easy access to a few gondolas. Rooms are nice, cozy and comfortable. Overall great hotel for families and couples. We recommend.

I only went to the bar since I got invited over by a friend. The entry and reception was breath taking you can really see that this hotel is rich and the experience is going to be amazing. What I've been told by my friend is that when you arrive at the hotel, staff takes your luggage to your designated room. Also whenever my friend has come to collect his skis in the morning, they are already waiting for him at the entrance to the shop where he leaves them. The bar, looking rich and cosy like. the drinks that I've ordered were Hugo and Aperol with various berries and a bit of sugar to make it sweet. The staff that was taking care of us was very nice and told us plenty of different stories. Amazing hotel.
